Worker’s rights are human rights. While the need for worker’s rights is timeless, the shape and form of the labor movement changes over time. How does current labor organizing work toward a vision of a fair and just society? How do contemporary labor issues relate to the life of faith?

We will welcome a guest from Arise Chicago, a local non-profit that builds partnerships between faith communities and workers to fight workplace injustice through education, organizing, and advocating for public policy changes.
