Soulful Home and Nature Based Curricula

It’s hard to carve out time for faith-full family experiences, so many of us try to weave spiritual exploration into the routine spaces of family life.  Helping kids and families create a sacred space in their lives is what Soulful Home is about. This class will be held outside when weather permits. Please send climate appropriate clothing to class.

**If there are more than three early age participants on a given Sunday, classes may be split into Pre-K and and older age cohorts.

Jr. Youth Group (Grade 5+)
Sr. Youth Group (High School only)
Curriculum offered in-person during services on alternating Sundays, with social space and service project options for non-instructional days

Soul Matters Small Group Curricula

As in other small group programs, this curricula’s central goal is to foster circles of trust and deep listening. We will explore what it means to be a people of faith via different themes each month. Classes typically include stories, games, arts and crafts, and games to help students connect to the learning.

On alternating Sundays, the youth group that is not receiving formal instruction is welcome to gather still. Students may play board games, work on art projects, read books, or work on the on-going church Social Justice Little Library building project.
