Timuel D. Black, Jr. has been a member of First Unitarian Church for more than 60 years and on December 7th will celebrate his 100th birthday. We invite you to join us for a very special First Forum as Tim and Susan Klonsky, educator, writer, and community activist who with her husband, Mike Klonsky, are the authors of Small Schools: Public School Reform Meets the Ownership Society, discuss Tim’s life, social activism and latest book, Sacred Ground: The Chicago Streets of Timuel Black.”
