In our culture, we have information overload. Activity overload. Many of us are rarely bored; there’s just too much to do, too much information to process, too much coming our way. Yet, boredom is vital to original
thinking. Studies in neuroscience and cognitive psychology suggest that our brains do a lot—especially when we do nothing at all…it’s all about balance.
