All levels of experience and interest are welcome! The group will be facilitated by Linda Cherney, who has been meditating for over 20 years. She has recently returned from a pilgrimage to Vietnam to study and follow the life path of Thich Nhat Hanh (1926-2022), Buddhist monk, teacher, peace worker, activist, and friend of MLK.

Engaged Buddhism reminds us that in order to truly make a difference in our world, we need to be at peace within ourselves. 

Returning ourselves to peace again and again is a practice of mindfulness.
